The Anti-Hype System is a digital product: a downloadable PDF ebook that is delivered electronically after purchase. No physical item is shipped.
Digital Product Access
After purchase, you will receive access to the ebook through the email address used at checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly before completing your order.
If you do not receive your download email, or if you have trouble accessing the file, contact us at and we'll help you as quickly as possible.
30-Day Guarantee
If the ebook doesn't change how you think about your next watch, email us within 30 days of your purchase, tell us in one line what didn't land, and we'll refund you. That one line is the only condition, and it exists because it's the fastest way we get to improve the book. You keep the file.
A refund is also issued in any of these cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You purchased the ebook but never received access to the file.
- The download link does not work and we are unable to fix it.
- You received the wrong file.
- The file is corrupted or technically unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
Refunds are not offered more than 30 days after the date of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email within 30 days of your purchase and include:
- The email address used at checkout.
- Your order number, if available.
- One line about what didn't work for you, or the technical problem you ran into.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
European Union / United Kingdom Customers
If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days. Because The Anti-Hype System is digital content delivered electronically, that cancellation right may no longer apply once delivery, access, or download has begun, provided you requested immediate access and acknowledged that you may lose your right to cancel. In any case, the 30-day guarantee described above also applies to you, and it is longer than the statutory period.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
